Wrap Around Care

Recognising the challenges of modern parenting, Aldwickbury is committed to supporting families with wrap-around care options tailored to fit busy schedules. 

Breakfast Club

Every morning, starting at 7:30 am, all boys have access to Breakfast Club. Following breakfast, Early Start facilities cater to the needs of different age groups before the official start of the school day. 

After School Club

After the school day ends, Reception through Year 6 boys have the option to join After School Club, operating from 3:00 to 6:00 pm. The club is divided into three sessions: 3:00 - 4:00 pm, 4:00 - 5:00 pm, and 5:00 - 6:00 pm, providing a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. A variety of activities await, from creative crafts to outdoor games like football and table tennis. Boys can also engage in exploring climbing frames or playing board games. The club operates Monday through Friday, with advance booking available for regular spots, while daily sign-ups are also accommodated. Bookings and payment are made via the school's payment system WisePay.

Additional Clubs

In conjunction with the After School Club, various clubs are offered by both the Pre-Prep and Junior Departments to suit all interests, including art, science, football, drama, music, and fencing, to name a few. 

Boys in Years 7 & 8 complete their homework (prep) at school until 5.45pm. 

Holiday Club

During selected school holidays, Aldwickbury organises the Aldwickbury Holiday Club for its boys and their siblings. Staffed by our own teachers, teaching assistants, and gappers, the club aims to provide a relaxed and enjoyable environment where boys are greeted by familiar faces and surroundings. Craft activities, games, and outdoor play are available throughout the day, with external providers ensuring a diverse range of activities. The Holiday Club runs for two weeks at the end of the summer term, one week during the October half term, one day at the end of the Christmas, term and one week during the Easter holiday.
