Last week Aldwickbury Ski Club was invited to The Snow Centre in Hemel Hempstead to ski whilst the BBC were interviewing British snowboarder Aimee Fuller and Dame Katherine Grainger DBE on BBC Breakfast.
The boys also got to enjoy breakfast at the centre whilst watching Charlotte Bankes compete in the Winter Olympics. Sadly it wasn’t Charlotte’s day but her performance along with the other Olympians was inspiring for our skiers!
A big thank you to The Snow Centre for inviting us and well done to Harry who was interviewed for a Team GB, National Lottery and UK Sport Video.
Thanks to Laura Lusardi for her behind the scenes video and a big thank you too to Mr Gilyead for taking the boys at 6 am!
