Years 6, 7 and 8 took part in their first ever Poetry Slam this week to celebrate International Poetry Day.
Having worked hard to write some fabulous poetry in their English lessons, the boys chose two students from each class to compete in the Poetry Slam. The performances and poems were great and the boys had fun judging the most successful poem by measuring the volume of applause using a decibel meter.
