As 2022 came to an end, our year was topped off by winning the ‘School of the Year’ award at the annual Team Paul Davis Fencing Academy (PDFA) Prize Giving. This is a testament to all the boys who participate in our Monday fencing sessions, which now has over 100 boys from across the school taking part. Team PDFA have over 20 School Fencing Programmes and to pick up this award was a fantastic achievement, gracefully accepted by our 2022 fencing captain George. We look forward to building on our success in 2023 with a close eye on the IAPS fencing championship taking place at the end of May, as we look to retain the two Sabre titles, we won last year.
