Throughout the year our parent body Aldwickbury Friends’ Association (AFA) undertake a number of charitable initiatives in conjunction with the school to support our local community.
Over the past month, they have been busy collecting winter coats and clothes for local families in need and last week it was time for their annual toy collection.
Much to the boys’ delight, the ‘Elf Tractor’ arrived complete with Father Christmas and his helpers to collect toys for two local primary schools in Luton.
Hundreds of toys, gifts and games were subsequently delivered to the schools. A big thank you to AFA for organising this collection and to all our Aldwickbury families for their generous donations.
