From Nursery through to Year 8, pupils experience a rich variety of opportunities inside and beyond the classroom. Every child is unique, and we create space for them to discover and develop their passions, whilst instilling confidence, developing teamwork and inspiring ambition.

We believe in a ‘greenhouse’ approach to education, not a ‘hot house’. This means nurturing each child through a broad, balanced education and providing the space and support to grow.
Nursery (Ages 3-4)
We’re delighted to be opening a Nursery in September 2026, providing a warm and nurturing environment for children aged 3 – 4.
The Nursery will offer children the opportunity to begin their Aldwickbury journey a year earlier, helping them to develop confidence, curiosity and a love of learning from the very start.
With access to the school’s exceptional facilities and 20 acres of grounds, children can explore, play and learn through activities that encourage imagination, social skills and early independence. Every day is designed to nurture their personal and academic growth, giving them the perfect foundation for the years ahead at Aldwickbury.
Pre-Prep (Ages 4-7)
In the Pre-Prep, learning begins in an environment where your child is safe and happy, and where mistakes are celebrated. This gives your child the confidence to be free to be themselves and discover their passions.
With unrivalled class sizes of 16 and the support of both a teacher and a teaching assistant in every class, we provide personalised care that nurtures each child’s academic growth and personal confidence.
Children benefit from an expert-led curriculum, with specialist teaching in music, sport and computing from the very beginning. Alongside swimming, drama and creative play, these opportunities spark curiosity, creativity and a love of learning. Every child is stretched and supported at a pace that suits them, helping them build the confidence to take on new challenges and discover their individual greatness.
Juniors (Ages 7-9)
In Years 3 and 4, pupils continue their Aldwickbury journey with growing confidence and curiosity. With class sizes capped at 18 and strong pastoral support, each child has the space to thrive academically and personally.
The Junior years are a time of exciting development. Pupils begin to take greater ownership of their learning and benefit from early access to aspects of the Senior School timetable. This helps to build their independence, while also preparing them for the academic rigour ahead.
Our holistic approach nurtures character alongside ability, helping pupils learn collaboration, kindness and resilience. Whether joining a new club, performing in a concert, or playing in a team, every pupil is encouraged to discover their passions and find their greatness.
Middles & Seniors (Ages 9-13)
Years 5 through 8 at Aldwickbury provide a unique opportunity for pupils to grow academically and personally in a supportive environment, fully preparing them for their senior school of choice. With class sizes capped at 18 and expert teachers trained to GCSE and A Level standards, pupils receive the highest quality of education.
Our Middle School is fully integrated with the Senior School, creating a seamless journey where pupils continue to flourish. Years 7 and 8 are especially formative, as pupils grow in independence, develop leadership skills and continue to build the confidence to embrace new challenges.
At the heart of our approach is the development of character, which, combined with outstanding academic results, ensures 100% of Year 8 pupils secure a place at their chosen senior school.
