Termly School Fees and Optional Extras
The fees for 2026/2027 are set out below. Notification of sums that are due will be made by invoice. At Aldwickbury, we aim to make our school fees structure as clear as possible, so families can feel confident about what to expect. Many aspects of day-to-day school life are included in our termly fees.
Aldwickbury school fees are invoiced ahead of each term, with payment due before term begins.
What’s included in the termly fee?
- All curricular school trips, both residential and non-residential
- Daily lunch, plus morning and afternoon snacks
- Personal accident insurance
Optional chargeable extras include:
- Optional holiday trips and activities, such as ski trips or Leavers’ Camp
- Individual music tuition, LAMDA and after-school drama
- Breakfast club, early start, after-school care, supper and boarding
Wherever possible, we’ll share charges for additional activities ahead of the academic year to help families plan with ease. An optional pupil absence insurance scheme is also available if required.

Fees in Advance
The Aldwickbury School Fees in Advance Scheme (FIA) is a way to reduce the cost of education by means of a discount received against future fees.
Childcare Vouchers and Tax-Free Childcare
We’re happy to accept childcare vouchers and tax-free childcare payments for eligible activities.

Bursaries
We know that choosing the right school is a big decision, and we want to make an Aldwickbury education accessible to children who would benefit from all we offer.
While we do not offer scholarships, we do provide means-tested bursaries for children joining from Year 3 onwards. These are awarded to pupils who show potential and whose families may benefit from financial support to make Aldwickbury possible.
Private school bursaries are assessed and managed by an independent company and include a home visit. Support is tailored to each family’s circumstances and, in some cases, may cover the full cost of fees. All bursaries are reviewed annually, with families required to share up-to-date financial information.
