Year 6 Boarding Taster Night

 

Monday and Tuesday night saw a large number of Year 6 boys climbing the stairs to discover the delights of boarding at Aldwickbury. What makes it such a good experience for our boys? Well, a combination of first-rate facilities, kind and helpful staff, food (lots of it and at various times!), fun activities and the company of good friends helps! Nothing brings a smile to parents’ faces quicker than to see their child happy surrounded by friends. It is such a shame the Aldwickbury parents couldn’t have seen all that went on over these two nights. They would also have been very proud of the way their son behaved and took to a new experience.

 

The answer to everyone’s question “Did they sleep” is, of course, “yes”. However after a busy day at school, playing on adventure playgrounds, swimming and eating mounds of toast who wouldn’t!
