Uppinham On the Buzzer Quiz

Boys from Year 6 enjoyed a splendid afternoon out at the Uppinham 'On the Buzzer' Quiz. We sent two teams both of whom reached the semi-finals knocking out some strong opposition. In the quarter-finals, both Aldwickbury teams won convincingly beating Beeston Hall 160-60 and Maidwell Hall 140-90. In the semi-finals our A team beat our B team, sparing Mr Foster any blushes over team selection. In the final Aldwickbury were beaten 170 - 90 against a strong team from St Hughes Prep. The boys showed great character, played well and were a credit to the school.
