Swimming Autumn 2010

This has been a very productive term for the boys who worked really hard to improve their stamina

and technique. Our last gala of the term was against Chesham Prep and with some excellent

individual and team performances we won 168 to 138, a very convincing victory. A special mention

must go to the Year 4 Team who won all of their races. It has been wonderful to see so many boys

at early morning swimming on Wednesdays and Fridays and we have had an average of 23 boys

per session! (Thank you to all the mums and dads for getting up so early!)

Finally, boys have been awarded their swimming colours. They have all made an outstanding

contribution to swimming at Aldwickbury, especially our swimming captains Harry Hughes and

Charlie Oliver. Well done and thank you.

Swimming Colours have been awarded to Charlie Oliver, Harry Hughes, Harry Manning, Laurie

Kelly, Frank Gough, Bazzie Bretnall and Frank Gough.
