Help with Child Minding during Year 6 Parents' Eve

Friday 4th March 2011

Year 6 Parents’ Evening 15 and 17 March
The Aldwickbury boarding house will be open to help with babysitting for the Year 6 parents’
evenings next week. The offer will include supper and activities on Tuesday and Thursday
night to entertain and feed your son while parents meet with their teachers. Boys will join
supper at 5.45pm (After School Club from 5:10pm-5:45pm) and then boarders’ activities until
parents have finished their consultation. It may also be an opportunity for your son to
experience a taste of boarding without fully committing to staying the night, although if your
consultation time falls after 8.15pm we stipulate that boys stay over the night, because boys
will be well into the evening routine. All boys not staying will need to be collected by 8:15pm.
There will be a small charge for this which will be added to next term bill of £5 for supper and
activities and full boarding charge of £30 if your son decides to stay overnight. If you wish to
take up this offer please contact Mrs Bosson secretary@aldwickbury.org.uk or if you wish to
discuss any issues further please contact t.hoare@aldwickbury.org.uk
